Confirmations of registration are sent via E-Mail or FAX within 3 days of receipt in our office.

If E-Mail or FAX confirmation cannot be sent, a post card will be mailed. (If you have not received a confirmation within five days of the program, please call our office at 1.877.346.1156 or 860.346.1156 to verify registration).

Cancellations received at least five working days before the class are refundable less a $20.00 administrative charge, and only after all supplies are returned in new condition and the student's spot in class has been filled, per registrant. There are no refunds for cancellations received later than five working days prior; however, a credit can be issued toward a future class. (Please note that if you are registered for a class and do not attend you are still liable for the payment).

Substitutions can be made at any time.
Notice: The expense of Continuing Education may be tax deductible. Please contact your accountant for complete details.
Cancellation Prior to 3rd Day: Any buyer can cancel this transaction any time prior to midnight of the third business day of this transaction.
Final Payment: Registrants will not receive a certificate until payment has been received. If payment is not received ten (10) days prior to the class, the certificate will not be present at the seminar. If your payment is returned NSF it will be re-presented electronically and a processing fee will be charged as allowed by law.
