Business Class (Practice Building 1 & 2)
|
Practice Building I: This cours teaches basic marketing structure. It does not involve itself with corporate structure or accounting procedures but rather focuses on helping the health care provider "build" a business using an outline that walks the health care provider through a business model. It works through a summary of objectives, company summary, market analysis, stragegy, sales, strategic alliances and a financial plan.
